Return Policy
At Sven’s Locker, every item you order is made just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing issues or design preferences. We encourage you to check the size chart before ordering to make sure you get the best fit.
That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong on our end, we’ll make it right. If your item has any of the following major defects:
A printing error (misaligned or missing design elements)
Wrong item received (incorrect size, color, or design from what was ordered)
Significant damage (ripped fabric, major print flaws, or manufacturing defects)
Please email svenslocker@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of what’s wrong
We’ll review your request and, if it qualifies, arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
Sizing Issues: Since each item is custom-printed, we can’t offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please double-check our size chart before ordering.
Design Preferences: Our images and descriptions reflect exactly what you’ll receive, so we can’t offer returns if you change your mind.
Shipping Delays: We do our best to get your order to you on time, but once it’s shipped, delays with the carrier are out of our hands.
How Our Printing & Fulfillment Works
Unlike big-box stores, we don’t keep a warehouse of pre-made items. Every order is custom printed through Printify, a trusted fulfillment partner. Here’s what that means for you:
You place an order – Your item isn’t made yet! Your order is sent to Printify, which routes it to a high-quality printing facility.
Your item is made-to-order – The facility prints your design on the selected apparel, packs it up, and ships it directly to you.
You get a fresh, one-of-a-kind product – Because each piece is custom-printed just for you, we don’t keep extras or accept general returns.
This model helps us offer unique designs, reasonable pricing, and less waste, but it also means we can’t resell returned items. That’s why we’re firm on our no-return policy except for major defects.
